Anna's school bus stuck on (unplowed) 13th Ave just after 7AM. It makes you wonder why plowing the bus routes is not a top priority. If plows can't get to the bus routes, would that be one factor in calling it a snow day? Students had to walk home or call parents, who then had to all drive their students to school - or stay home. We drove and it was pretty much a mess downtown and around West High. We could not get into the fieldhouse parking lot because a car with no snow tires was stuck in the (unplowed) entrance to the lot so parents had to drop off students in the street.
